Neil Anthony (itmPhotos.com) photographs Mallard Island Yacht Club.

We recently photographed a wedding at the rather plush Mallard Island Yacht Club. For a change instead of posting pictures of the happy couple we decided to show off our architectural photography skills.
You will pay up to $25,000 to reserve and use the estate and then an additional fee for the caterer who has exclusive rights for food and beverages at the site.

I have to admit I was very impressed with the Bridal Penthouse Suite; a very romantic way to spend your first night together. The brides dress on the left belonged to her mother. I loved the dress, sadly they don't make them like this anymore.

Another view of the Bridal Penthouse Suite from the sitting area near the bank of windows.

They hallway leading to the Penthouse Suite.

Kitchen area off the Penthouse Suite.

Here are a couple of photos showing where the ceremony took place.

Couple of rear shot of the main building from the marina with the ceremony site off to the right.

In all honesty I was not too impressed with the "Grooms Shack" especially after experiencing the shear breadth of the Penthouse. I don't think the groomsmen were particularly interested in it either as they were reluctant to spend much time in there.

The layout of the main ballroom (next 3 images), was tighter than one might expect from such a lavish venue but nevertheless accommodating.

Very stunning cocktail area, (next three images).
